Fulfillment & Refund Policy

This Fulfillment and Refund Policy outlines how our services are delivered, the responsibilities of our clients, and the procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for our recurring subscription plans.


1. Service Fulfillment

Upon successful subscription and payment confirmation, services will begin within [X] business days. Depending on the plan selected, services are delivered on a monthly or quarterly basis and will renew automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.

Clients will receive updates, deliverables, or service access in accordance with the scope outlined in their selected plan.



2. Subscription Terms

All services are provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, clients agree to automatic billing at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly), unless the subscription is canceled in advance as outlined below.


3. Cancellation Policy

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any cancellation requests at least 20 days prior to the start of their next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to tina@tinasandford.com.

Requests submitted fewer than 20 days before the next billing cycle may result in continued billing, and no refunds will be issued for the upcoming cycle. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation email is received and acknowledged.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services once a new billing cycle has started.

All payments are non-refundable once the service period begins. If a billing error or duplicate payment is identified, we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate. No partial refunds will be granted for unused portions of a service cycle.


5. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Fulfillment & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
